Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II - Per
Diem - NJ Hopeline.
Key Responsibilities
Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and models effective
communication and coping skills
Assists clients in identifying personal recovery goals and setting
objectives for interventions
Develops and maintains client relationships to identify changes
requiring further intervention or treatment
Required Qualifications
Four years of full-time paid experience in a relevant mental health
or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant
field
Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making
pressure
Experience with crisis intervention
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
Comfortable working in a clean, well-lighted, and moderately loud
setting
