Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and
support related inquiries
Deliver exceptional client experiences by identifying and resolving
client needs and issues
Communicate and collaborate across teams to address and document
issues for escalation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree recommended
Proficient in MS Office and related products
Technically savvy with the ability to learn new software
quickly
Healthcare or clinical experience preferred; RN preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
