Job Description:
A company is looking for a Government Accounting Services
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee U.S. GAAP compilations, reporting, and special projects
Identify accounting issues and provide recommendations based on
professional guidelines
Build and nurture client relationships while mentoring staff and
leading strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's Degree preferred
CPA certification is highly preferred
Minimum of 6 years of experience in governmental entities or
professional services firms
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Auditing
Standards
Proven ability to lead teams and contribute to business
development
