Brandermill Woods Healthcare Community is currently seeking an experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead our food service operations. Responsibilities:

Oversee food preparation, ensuring meals meet nutritional and dietary requirements.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, servers, and dietary aides.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and budget control for food, supplies, and labor.
Maintain high sanitation and safety standards in food service areas.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to accommodate residents' dietary needs.
Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and schedule management.
Participate in care plan meetings, quality assurance initiatives, and compliance reviews.

Requirements:

Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required.
Experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of dietary regulations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
