Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the client success function to ensure high standards and
continuous improvement in client experience
Oversee the client lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding,
ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality service
Develop and execute retention strategies and manage relationships
with Client Advisory Board members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management or related
field; advanced education/certification preferred
Minimum of five to eight years of experience in client relationship
management or business development
Experience as an advisor within a business advisory or similar
professional services environment is ideal
Proven ability to drive client retention and produce high-quality
client experiences
Strong relationship-building skills with diverse senior
stakeholders and clients
