Job Description:
A company is looking for an Investigations Manager, SIU to lead
the Special Investigations Unit team in executing anti-fraud
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement investigative strategies while supporting
team development
Manage the Investigative Team to meet personal and team goals,
focusing on internal process improvements
Create and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and
educational documentation related to fraud prevention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or 5+ years of relevant
investigation experience
Certification such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar is
required
4+ years of experience with fraud statutes, regulations, and
federal guidelines
Experience in health insurance claims processing, billing, or
provider contracting is a plus
Experience managing direct reports is preferred
