Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Member Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, hire, and lead a high-performing member services team
Ensure a seamless experience for members from order to exam
completion
Implement technology and analytics to optimize workflows and
enhance performance
Required Qualifications:
7+ years in member services and/or operations, ideally in digital
health
Experience scaling member operations in a high-growth
environment
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize performance
Ability to collaborate across clinical, operations, product, and
engineering teams
Familiarity with CRM, chatbots, AI-driven support tools, and
workflow automation
