• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, with responsibilities including managing assigned Systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to teams, following up, and reporting results.
• The Guest Service Department Manager's responsibilities include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, executing sales promotions effectively, training service staff in procedures, and organizing the Front Counter McCaf-- and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• The Kitchen Department Manager's responsibilities involve ensuring the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly, maintaining food safety, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• The People Department Manager's responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them effectively, and scheduling to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. This manager also ensures Crew have a positive start and are recognized and motivated throughout their tenure.Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We're looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald's environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.Additional Info:
