Key Responsibilities
Create and align the strategy and vision for the Sales Development
team with company goals
Develop and execute a comprehensive global SDR strategy to optimize
pipeline generation
Build and lead a high-performing global BDR team, fostering a
culture of accountability and innovation
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the
enterprise software or SaaS space
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in developing and executing strategies that align
sales and marketing goals
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with a
data-driven approach
Track record of cultivating innovative, high-performing global
teams
