Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Product Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day Product Compliance workload by assessing,
prioritizing, and documenting risks and requirements of new
products and services
Collaborate with various teams on the development and
implementation of a product compliance risk assessment
framework
Evaluate and communicate new products and material changes to
identify risks and maintain compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, or Law required;
advanced degree preferred
6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance management
5+ years of product-facing experience
3+ years of experience in virtual assets/blockchain and banking
Comprehensive knowledge of virtual assets and blockchain technology
preferred
