Electrical Equipment Company (EECO), a leading distributor of Rockwell Automation products, is seeking a degreed Engineering professional to join their Richmond, VA team as a Delivered Services Manager.

If you have 5 years or more of an electrical background and experience managing projects with P&L or budget responsibilities, EECO wants to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• 3 years or more of experience with P&L or budget responsibilities.
• 5 years or more of electrical experience

    • Developing and executing an annual business plan, defining financial goals and business objectives consistent with corporate objectives.
    • Optimizing organizational structure, third party services, and technology for in-sourced and out-sourced functions; focusing on the customer experience.
    • Staffing, training, and development of the Service Operations Team.
    • Define measures of success (KPI's) for each delivered service
    • Meet or exceed all service KPI's related to: Engineering Service, Repairs, Training, Support Contracts, ASP's, and Custom Panel Program
