Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Culture & Internal
Comms to enhance its organizational culture and internal
communications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a culture vision and roadmap in collaboration
with business leaders
Implement an internal communications strategy for corporate and
manufacturing employees
Measure and report on the progress of cultural initiatives and
internal communications to the leadership team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of experience in a people-oriented role
High energy and passion for enhancing organizational culture
Experience in developing long-term strategic visions
Proficient in Microsoft Office
