A company is looking for an Education Coach (Bilingual) to
assist employees in navigating educational paths and career
goals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct success and career coaching for employees of partner
companies
Develop frameworks for career and college decision-making related
to individual goals
Maintain consistent contact with students to deliver personalized
coaching sessions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field, Psychology, Social Work, or
Counseling
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in career or education
coaching
Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Zoom, and Google products
Strong organizational skills and respect for confidentiality
